This is the only church in Abbateggio. Girls; this is the church that Luisa Marinelli attended in the 1870's. Luisa is the mother of Maria and Giovina. My mother remembers her as tall and severe.

Wow, that is quite amazing! This is a different trip than usual. You must be enjoying it a lot even if it isn't a relaxing vacation.
It has been indeed amazing. Also, it has not been relaxing. We have not excercised one day. We have been on the go each day. In answer to your earlier comment - it is easy for us to say that we would have taken all of the single daughters. It is easy because it is hypothetical. My problem is that I am not living a hypothetical life and can barely afford my real one.
